Wasylciw is passionate about humanity, has great concerns about the future of our planet, and writes with an aim to enlighten readers, to empower action. She was born and raised in a small farming community in northwest Alberta and spent a full career in finance. At retirement she spent five years living on a sailboat and sailing the North and South Pacific. She soaked up the sights, sounds and feel of the tropics and it's not uncommon to read about them in her writing. L.M. Wasylciw's novels are eclectic - fiction that hits close to home.
