          20000mah powerbank is allowed in Philippine Arena for Blackpink concert this weekend.
          
          Because allowing only 10000mah is absurd.
          Most powerbanks people purchase are already in 20000 mah for longer use and price wise.
          
          There's one thing they forgot for the safety if that's really the concern, it's not the ampere capacity. Powerbanks should have the CCC (China Compulsory Cetification) marking on it.
