I just couldn't stop myself from writing a small New Year special story. Do lemme know what u guys think in comments. Happy New Year once again. 
          
          A Creepy New Year Myth, 
          There is an old belief that the final second of the year does not belong to time.
          At exactly 11:59:59, the world pauses just long enough for something else to look back at us.
          They say that during this second, mirrors don’t reflect the present, but the version of you that will not survive the coming year. That’s why elders warn:
          never look into a mirror during the New Year countdown.
          In some houses, clocks stop ticking for that one second. In others, dogs howl and newborns cry. People who make wishes during that moment sometimes get them, but at a cost they only understand months later.
          If you hear your name being called just as the year changes, do not answer.
          The myth says it isn’t a loved one. It’s the year itself, choosing who it will take with it. And if, after midnight, you feel like something followed you into the new year…

             Don't worry, I didn't disappear after updating 'Save the Date' again. I'll update but I just got a bit busy. I'm not getting any of my work done in general and I'm just stressing about this. I wanted to do something small but special. I'll upload that soon.           Just wanted to ask you guys something, do you prefer reading long chapters or would it be fine if I write short chapters? 
          If long, the days of updates won't be constant but the chapters will be fewer. If short(~2000 words), I can update it constantly but with a larger number of chapters.
