After seven years of Egyptology studies I received my MA in 2021. (Well, the ceremonies were held in 2022 thanks to covid...) So you can tell I love ancient Egypt, I'm an artist, and love to read good novels - historical and fantasy being my favourite genres.

I have also written and illustrated childrens' books about Egyptology with my full name Leena Pekkalainen. Mr Mummific's "How I Became a Mummy" and "Mummies, Monsters and the Ship of Millions" tell about mummification and afterlife. And my book "Tutankhamon in My Own Hieroglyphs" travels now with the "King Tut - Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh" exhibition on its tour around the world.
