Mistakes happen all the time, but if a person refuses to acknowledge the harm done, it can be extremely disappointing. I mean, the damage's done, the least you can do is own up to it. Where there is accountability, there's room for sincerity, apology and a desire to be better. A person who doesn't want to be accountable is a person who is not ready to grow.
