I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Language and Literacy Education at the University of Georgia. I write fan fiction, stories for Young Adult/New Adult audiences, memoirs, book reviews, and academic articles about comics, books, and critical pedagogy. I'm very interested in fandom and joined this site to network my writing, especially my fan fiction. I love to get feedback, both praise and constructive criticism. I have a poet's soul and try my hand at poetry occasionally. Reading and writing are my biggest passions, and I truly believe they make the world better. I also teach pre-service teachers and work with Writing Project sites.
