Michael Coorlim is the Chicago-based author of the Galvanic Century steampunk and Shadow Decade science fiction novels. In his spare time he produces the interview podcast Working Class Creatives, and develops and designs both computer and tabletop roleplaying games. He is co-founder of the Burning Brigid Media production company, and co-produces their Parsec Award finalist audiodrama podcast Synesthesia Theatre. He also likes to cook, bake, and connect with his fans over social media.
His work has been nominated for the Chicago Reader's "Best of Chicago" award, and he was a finalist for their 2017 "Best Chicago Novelist."
