Hi. Rae here. This message will get heavy, but I just need to get it off my chest. Here goes.
First, I want to apologize. It has been almost 2 years since I've been active on Wattpad. I've entered and left various other fandoms since then, graduated high school and am in uni now. Things have been... challenging, as it has been in the past few months for all of us. But I'm alive and (mostly) well, and I hope you and your loved ones are, too.
I still write, but not here anymore. Not with this name anymore. Not the same stories and the same fandom anymore. Honestly, it might be easier for the both of us if I just... completely disappear, I suppose. But some of you worries and I really, truly appreciate that, so this message is exactly for those people.
I'm not sure if I will update here. I've left my notes and drafts in a country I haven't been able to return to. I've forgotten most of what I wanted to write. Reading my old work made me feel insecure and I just want to tear it apart and re-start everything. But I won't. I promised my best friend that I will at least try to write something, try to give at least one more update for the stories, tie up loose ends... so there's that.
Please don't expect much, don't wait for me, because I don't know when, or if, I will ever upload any more chapters. Thank you for everyone who has read my stories, left a vote or a comment or those lurking silently. Thank you, I can't ever repay you enough.
You all saved my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

@Midnight-Ravencrow Hey if you do come back , we hope you do so in good health. I know how tough school is and right now life is kicking the world's ass. Falling in and out of fandoms is natural, it's alright if you won't ever update these books; they may go untouched for years since you're gone. You said you write, can we know where and under what name? I hope that uni and Covid and the rest of the problems I know nothing about will eventually come to pass. But if you ever come back around to reminisce after moving on , swing by and message us. Your promise will weigh down on you, I have no doubt, but try not to let it pressure you too much. Reading and looking at old work makes all of us feel inferior. Also if you do disappear, even if the years pass us by quicker than we thought, update something. You'll find new fans, new people to enjoy, love and appreciate your work no matter how much you hate it. Though there will be some of us from the beginning hoping and waiting for you to say you're still walking among us. I'm glad we saved your life, I wonder if some of us see you and don't know it or you may be on the other side of the world for others. If and when you update, seek us out; we'll be here waiting that would be payment enough.

@Midnight-Ravencrow Do what you need to do. Your stories were fun and I often reread, but if you don't like them or have things you have to prioritize don't force it. I wish you well in whatever you do and stay safe.
