I joined the wattpad community as a “reader” 7 years ago. I tried to wrote a story but ended up deleting it instead. Nevertheless, i never get tired of reading stories from this app.
After long looongg years, ngayon lang ulit ako nagpost. Dont care if there’s no one will see or read this post but i just want to express my sentiments.
Ive seen the growth of every stories and authors in this app over the past years. I might been a nobody to all but i guarantee you that i have read almost of the good and bad stories here in wattpad.
And recently, i witnessed that some notable authors already left wattpad and pushed their career in Dreame. It’s really saddening but i respect their decisions. Afterall, those offers will greatly helps every author to atleast have an income specially in times like this.
BUT, can we have some decency and respect to WATTPAD itself. This app provided you endless opportunities and made your careers prosper somehow thru WP. Stepping stone niyo to. So atleast try to give some RESPECT.
Some authors have the audacity to post here in WP a thank you message to their readers for achieving some recognitions or awards in Dreame. Some are still promoting their stories in Dreame again thru posting here in WP. Iniwan niyo na kame dito di ba? I dont want to be rude but i want to be selfish this time. Dun kayo sa Dreame magpromote. You chose that path then create a way to gain more followers thru that app alone. Stop using WP. Di rin naman namin mabasa since may bayad di ba?
Sorry for the rants. But this is how i feel and i think this is one of the many ways how can I return the gratitude, contentment, fantasies, and every stories WP has offered to me as a user and a reader.
