i apologize for not keeping my word that i will update before this month ends. the next chapter is still not as polished as i want it to be. i'll just consider september as my rest in writing. i know by becoming slow as a slug, it will fend off potential readers but i really want to write wholeheartedly so i only write at my own pace:)

          ‎I've been watching senate hearings while being slumped with these academic papers. Many of them keep spewing lies after lies. Who would even admit to an allegation? You can't expect that from those people who already have no conscience. And you know what's more infuriating? You can't tell who's telling the truth unless evidence is provided. It makes you want to question the remaining credibility that our government holds. This is how fucked up those people who were ruling above, or should I say, our system as a whole.

          ‎You can't really trust anyone. But we do have a few reliable politicians that others are trying hard to pull down. Don't be blinded by their accusations, do your own research to find the truth.
          ‎
          ‎Multiple statements might have already been rigged but let's stick to those who present actual evidence, but don't get contented by it. Be vigilant, use your critical thinking, always be observant of their set of lines. There are inconsistencies in each hearing.

          ‎Be vigilant.
          ‎
          ‎More importantly, strip away those colors clouding your minds. Be a citizen who cares for the Filipino people more than the politicians. You are not someone's puppet. We are no one's puppet. Politicians should be afraid of their own people, not the other way around.

          ‎‎This is not just about the issues of flood controls. Because if you lean closer, there are more departments that should also be investigated. They are already rotten to the core because of the majority's negligence. Many forget that we have the power.

I was too elated to start the story before and the flow got out of my control, but now I'm working on the revised version. (I'll update this month! I'm just adjusting some things rn. I apologize TT)

‎ABOUT MY INACTIVITY: I have been contemplating this for many months now. I know this is a gamble that I am about to set foot in, but also a great opportunity for me to stay aligned with my work. That being said, I've decided to put THE LOST ORB under major revisions, where TERMS might change but not the flow of the story. However, expect additional scenes or minor twists to fully capture what my heart truly desires for this story since the break of dawn.

          ‎WILL it take me a year to finish the newer version? NO. It depends. But once I finish Volume 2, I don't plan on starting the 3rd installment without finishing the final touch to the latter first.

          ‎WILL I unpublish TLO after this announcement? NO. I WILL STILL UPDATE BTW. I won't unpublish it due to the embedded dates in it.

          ‎I hope you understand that this is the only way for me to beat the voices in my head—to satisfy my perfectionist side.

I want to fix the indoctrination in Volume I. I will do better. PROMISE. It's religious stuff anyway, but my own built religion. The overlooked character arcs will be included to the newer version.
