Short Summary- In the overpopulated 24th Century, Alonso Creed struggles with discovering secrets and lies within the places he thought he felt safe. But Alonso is then entrusted with a secret he cannot afford to reveal to anyone.

Hello! I'd really appreciate it if someone could critique my story.
Title: Burned At Both Ends
Genre: Urban Fantasy/Mystery -it has magic-
Summary: In a city where magic is a way of life, a young witch finds herself pulled into the grimy underbelly of the city. Her simple life of avoiding the controlling Government has expanded into a hectic mess of black magic, gang wars, and being forced to work under a drug dealing pimp. Even as she desperately searches for a way out, she only finds herself being pulled deeper and deeper. Soon, she realizes there's only two ways out- leaving a path of bodies behind her or dying.
