TBBGC is now published by individual chapter. This is the usual method for the site; it gives an opportunity for read and vote numbers for each chapter instead of one for the whole book. It also enables comments from readers by chapter. The downside is that read numbers and votes accumulated for the first published version have been lost. Demographics for readers are gone as well. This is particularly sad given that we had gained readers from several countries. It's gratifying to see the map light up as a new country is added.
