Taking a break from the internet for a while. I'm sorry if I promised a r4r or anything but I won't be able to read. Health is not great and I have literally no energy for anything. The fatigue from this auto immune disease is really that bad that typing this is like a herculean task. Also doesn't help that I'm losing dexterity in my fingers .ᴖ.

See 'ya later Wattpad. Hopefully when things are better.

Hi

OhNoesBunneh13

@s00gifted Sorry it took a minute for me to reply!I wouldn't mind starting up our r4r again but I do want to be upfront with you: It will most likely be sporadic on my end, just with everything going on. If you're okay with me not reading on a regular schedule, then yea, lets do it! I wanted to add that all three of my works are *dark*, I have content warnings at the beginnings of all three listing the triggers as well as in the tags.

For anyone who's had their work published, would you recommend traditional publishing or self-publishing? I'm trying to do as much research as possible on both, doing the whole pros and cons thing, but at this point I'm at a complete loss.

There's also so much conflicting information out there. Like, there are people who say you have to pay beta readers (which I can understand but also, I'm panicking at all of the dollar signs I keep seeing) and then others say beta's do it for free and you should *never* pay to have your work beta-read.

I've slowly been re-reading and editing my book, moving it over from Pages to Google Docs. I never realized just how bad Pages is for writing. Case and point, I know the difference between Heal and Heel and From and Form but apparently Pages does not and likes to change out those words, despite me typing out f-r-o-m or h-e-e-l.

When I was re-reading chapters before posting them initially I never caught these issues. It's hard for me to actually read each word since I already know what it's supposed to say so I wasn't catching all these blatant errors. Lol, I is smart, promise.

@OhNoesBunneh13 I know that feeling too well. Sometimes I catch it in the corner of my eyes when it autocorrects a word and can change it back right away, but often times I don't. I've found so many autocorrected typos while editing it's insane

@OhNoesBunneh13 I'm still finding typos from chapters I've read three times. So I wouldn't sweat anything.
