PRT, was born in Ohio. Growing up with a passion for storytelling, he did not hit his stride for writing until high school, being illiterate for most of his school years. Once he started in Ohio, he began to learn more than just numbers and shapes. During high school, he would participate in drama club tryouts, where writing engaging scenes would inspire him to write more, only to the detriment of him trying to write scripts.
At the same time, PRT started doing youth stand up, where youth comedians could compete to be the best stand up for the night. Though never winning, he learned from the experience.
In college, he chose to major in Telecommunications and Writing. However, shifting more into writing.  During his college time and most of his youth-adult life he was diagnosed with clinical depression, never grew up with a silver spoon, just a blue-collar and determination. He was inspired by science fiction and fantasy works, combining elements from Mass Effect, Blade Runner, and Firefly with his comedic quips. After participating in multiple Pitmad contests and other short story contests, PRT continues to work with small local writing groups in Ohio to better his craft, hoping to be a storyteller to others until the end.
