A warm welcome to my book site.

A little bit about myself. I am a book fanatic in the sense that I read, write and self-publish my own and other people's books.

I was fortunate enough to inherit more than a thousand books from a good friend of mine after his death, consisting out of the top authors who ever lived in South Africa, for example F.A. Venter (Meiring Fouche), Gerrie Radlof, Braam Le Roux and lots more.

Besides my book passion, I also have more than ten hobbies that keep me busy and out of trouble. My hobbies include playing chess, flying drones, DIY projects, creating digital art, playing PC games, collecting all kinds of interesting stuff, and many more.

The majority of superbly written books that I inherit are in a series format from each author and a specific genre that they wrote in. The longest series is about Wild West stories that plays off in South Africa, with 74 books written in that particular series. In Afrikaans, it is called "Temmers van die Woestyn" and the second-longest series I have is the "Swart Luiperd" series, where 70 books were written in that particular series.

Two other highly popular series of books I have are "Oloff die Seerower" series (20 books) and, of course, my favorite series of all time, called "Sahara Avontuur" series with 40 books in total.
