I think I have body dysmorphia 

I have a notebook/journal where I just write random things, whatever I feel, my thoughts, quotes, lists etc. Maybe, if you don't already, you should do it too because it can aid even just a little whenever you feel troubled inshaallah

There will be struggling against the nafs
          If it were easy God willing everyone would have jannah
          But ease is not what surrounds it

Take time to reflect on what you learn then implement it because knowledge without action is like a tree without fruit and it will be something against you on judgement day if you truly believe

Allah will judge us with every deed we do, good or bad
          
          Bring yourself to account before you are brought to account
          
          Weigh your deeds before your deeds are weighed
          
          The Prophet used to ask Allah for forgiveness up to 70 times a day and he was the best of mankind
          
          How about us today?

Always remember Allah when you wake up

Reminder: Sin is that which wavers in your heart and you don't want anyone to know about it

If you act on what you know, Allah will guide you to what you do not know
