Some of you might have noticed that I finally, *finally,* have gotten around to catching up on comments on FGS~ 
          
          So sorry for taking up to a month to respond to some of these! It's shameful, but I think I must have needed a break after being so immersed for so long!
          
          Does anyone else have a hard time responding to comments? I love getting them, but I've realized I have to be in a very specific mood to reply.

          I don't know if any of them are any good (well, I do like a couple of them in particular) but I'm proud of myself for completing the challenge.

Sorry for the mass post for those of you following my poetry book!
          
          Yesterday I got *10* entries done for Versification. If I keep it up, I will be able to get the whole book done before submissions close!

20k has been reached ~with some wiggle room~
          
          Edits are next, then I will mark the story complete so I can get it submitted, but the story is over! It's been a really fun and rewarding journey. 
          
          I'm hopeful of the results this year, but I also understand that the judging team is having a hard time keeping up with the entries. I will not let a lack of advancing through the cuts diminish my achievement, because -as always- I write for myself. 
          
          Cheers to the ONC team for running this behemoth of an event. It keeps someone like me, who really needs the push, creating and growing. I'm so thankful for the experience and the support by fellow participants. It really is a lovely time to celebrate as a community <3

FGS is sitting at 19,700 words with one chapter to go. I feel like I might actually be getting the hang of this ONC thing *wink wink*
          
          My goal is to have the final chapter written tomorrow. 
          
          Thankfully, I've already edited the rest of the book in my offline draft, so I will input those after, and then I'll finally have a chance to engage with comments again!

Chapter the 13th is written, but I'm holding off on posting. My plan now is to do a full read-through to make sure I'm not missing anything (I'll save my edits for after the 23rd) and then bust out the last two chapters. I've already got those outlined, so they should go fairly quickly.
