Hey Everyone. I'm a fantasy author of the urban variety. Writing young adult is my main genre, though I'm stretching myself and trying my hand at a thriller. I've indie published two books. The first is a YA novel, Pucker Up. The second is a short story, The Tenth Life of Mr. Whiskers. I love reading stories with vampires and werewolves, fae, anything with magic, really. And a good love story. That is very important. Also, I love reading about strong female characters. My biggest pet peeve is a damsel in distress. It's one thing to need help every once in a while, but to be totally dependent on someone else, especially a man, to save you is not okay with me. That's why I love to take classic fairy tales with the waiting princesses and twist it around and make her the one with the power. We, as women, have a lot more strength and power than we give ourselves credit for.

Anyway, I also have three beautiful children at home to occupy my time when I'm not writing. They're a lot of fun, too.
