Reality often sucks so it's nice to get lost in fantasies. Maybe it's an undiagnosed god complex, to create and mold characters, to put these fictional people through trials and tribulations, through joys and victories. Although, often they seem to write themselves, so maybe it's a different undiagnosed disorder I have.
