Rain was born on September 11 and spent most of his youth in the city of Pasay, Philippines.

Studied nursing in college but ended working jobs in various fields instead.  He was a graphic artist, resort marketing and sales officer, youth organizer, training coordinator, module developer, fund-raising project officer, multi-media officer and restaurant supervisor.

He is currently connected with teamCITE (center for innovation and transformational education), a leadership training and consultancy group that he co-founded with three other friends in 2000.

Rain is also a blogger and an aspiring freelance writer.  He has written a number of scripts, stage plays, songs, poems, essays, short stories, articles, commentaries and other uncollected and unpublished literary works.
