Hi, I'm Rekless, an amateur writer who is working on a hopefully very long series of stories set in a universe where swordsmen, elemental superpowers, and the power of severe trauma create a somewhat decent story (according to some friends). Right now I am working on the second digital draft of my first to-be-published-one-day book!
Fair warning if you decide to read my stories:
- They can be very cringe at times, I don't think I'm a very great writer, but I enjoy it, so who cares! (It's me, I care.)
- You can tell I watch a lot of anime, specifically shounen, so expect lots of vividly spectacularly vibrant (uh oh I ran out of adjectives) fight scenes that reuse the same words over and over because I have the vocabulary of a four-year-old!
- A lot of the names of places, characters, and organizations from my book stemmed from when I was ten and creating a glorified Naruto fanfiction out of spite against my fellow fourth graders (long story TRUST ME) so forgive me if they are the following: Cringe, weird, inaccurate for the theme/cultural setting, etc. I realize the issues with them, but I've grown up with these characters and settings, it's just a part of me now, and if you don't like what you are reading, that's fine!
If you don't like it, don't agree with anything in it, or just don't like me, please leave a valid, complete critique of my work instead of a nasty comment.
We are all just having fun here after all, right?
Have fun reading!
