Hello my name is Ryan Terris and I am an amateur author. I know, I know, a novice writer on Wattpad? What next flying pigs?

Anyway, I suppose I should say what I write now. My main pieces of work include poetry focusing mainly on mental illness, social isolation and other such fun things; because they're more fun and interesting to write about.

My stories normally start in, and revolve around, the Science-Fantasy genre and then proceed to enthusiastically fly around the entire genre spectrum to go where the story needs to go. Because you can only go so far and still be entertaining on "wibbly wobbly magicy sciencey" stuff alone.

My interests include music, nothing specific just music. In fact, I'm so interested in music that sometimes I get sucked into this strange procrastinating vortex of Albannach, The Levellers, Dropkick Murphys, The Verve and whatever else catches my attention at the time. I also practise playing the didgeridoo for five minutes at a time, because circular breathing is an utter sod.

I also enjoy playing video games, just like practically everyone else from my generation, and reading (what a shocker that is). My favourite authors at the moment are Terry Pratchett, Robert Rankin and John Scalzi. As for video games, that woukd have to be Worms and the Halo Franchise; just because of how quickly the games escalate from "everything seems to be normal" to "oh god no" in a matter of seconds.
