My suggestion if you want something inspiring go the Website Fanfiction like wattpad but much better if you haven't and look at the series "Pile of empty brass" I think you will love it for such a gate fan fic one of the dam best I've read in a long dam while besides that from PWOfalcon the one from pile of empty brass is in ways much more realisitc in terms of story telling and giving much deeper treatment of demi humans and people by the empire it really gives much better insight into the imperalism conducted by the empire

Hey everyone, I got some bad news
          
          My computer screen cracked while I was on vacation and is currently being fixed. Luckily, it was just the screen so I won’t lose any of my files or data. I’m probably not going to get it back until next week, so my writing is on hold. 
          
          Sorry for the delay, but I’ll continue writing once I get it back
