Hey everyone, I got some bad news
My computer screen cracked while I was on vacation and is currently being fixed. Luckily, it was just the screen so I won’t lose any of my files or data. I’m probably not going to get it back until next week, so my writing is on hold.

@S4mTheM4N Hey, just wanted to say you could use semaphores as part of the empire; there are actually a bunch of techniques for communication over long distances. This wiki should provide information on the history of such technology, which would be useful for long-distance, fast communication within the empire, beyond carrier pigeons and similar methods.
Hey everyone. I'm back! Sorry for the long wait, but grad school was crazy! Now that I have some time off, I can get back to writing. I'll continue Gate, and hopefully Pure World. I'm still debating if I want to do a rewrite of For the Love of the Devil or just drop it entirely.
I also have an idea for a new story. After seeing Predator: Badlands, I have considered writing Love of the Hunt. Check out my Story Ideas for more information. This would be a side project, and I still haven't written anything for it yet, but hopefully I can get around to it. Thank you all for your support and patience!
