I seldom speak, call it selective mutism, unless we're buddies, at which case you'll be trying to shut me up.

Now a bit about myself (I'm sure plenty really don't care)

I started writing in 2006, mostly fan-fiction (Hey, gotta start somewhere, right?).

In 2008, I took a crack at my first novel (Project has been shelved indefinitely since 2010). I was working on another project, since 2012 and was supposed to be done by Q1 of 2014 but that too has been scrapped and re-purposed for yet another project (Currently Misery's Solace - The Fifth Estate; not to be confused with the movie 'The Fifth Estate') which was completed in April, 2014. The sequel to The Fifth Estate, Fallen Innocence was completed in December, 2015.

A third book is in the works at the moment.

So yeah, a lot of attempts and a lot of scrapping. At least now, I'm seeing that turning around for the better.

I'm open to a lot of genres, ranging from sci-fi to realistic military thrillers. I'm not a big fan of romance and to be honest, I really hate it. (yeah, you read that right). Nor am I really into fantasy either (like dragons and wizards/witches, etc.), well, save for a few like Harry Potter and almost every god damn Disney film.

I love comedy, who doesn't? Video games, no duh, and action movies. Anime too. Also technology, like big-ass robots, space travel, VR, etc, etc. Let's not forget history either, I'm more of a WWII to Post-Cold War type of history buff.

My writing is influenced by the following books, films, anime, manga, etc:

Catcher in the Rye - J.D Salinger

Planetes - Makoto Yukimura

The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald

All Quiet on the Western Front - Erich Maria Remarque

The Things They Carried - Tim O'Brien

Going After Cacciato - Tim O'Brien

Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade - Mamoru Oshii

Patlabor - Masami Yuki

Rainbow Six - Tom Clancy (Yes, the same Tom Clancy you hear about from Ubisoft's Tom Clancy games)
