Hi, and thanks for checking out my profile!

My name is Sam Rook and I'm a married mother of two living in Vermont.  I have a few fantasy novels published on Amazon and am working on adding to my list. 

I'm a software engineer and write in my free time, which doesn't seem nearly long enough.  I love to read a variety of books, but enjoy fantasy and romance the most.  My most memorable reads are the Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon, The Game of Thrones series by George R.R. Martin, The Green Rider series by Kristen Britain, and  books by Robin Hobbs (Fitz and the Fool) and David Eddings (Sparhawk books).  More recently, I've been reading Ilona Andrews, Anthony Ryan, Dannika Dark, Karen Marie Moning, and Susan Ee, as well as some stories on Wattpad.
