I’m thinking of deleting my account should I or should I not?

who else has felt empty but yet can feel something on the inside but want to cry but cant try to laugh but it comes out fake trys to smile but yet you cant and yet you want to hurt yourself badly but at the same time you dont want to and yet your tired and cant sleep at all????
