Hey y'all, do something for me.

If you ever meet me IRL and decide to get me a gift, get me your favorite book. Highlight the lines that make you feel something in yellow. Make note of the passages that make you laugh in pink. Mark down the things that make you cry in blue. I want to know exactly what kind of person you are, so let me read what makes you so...you.

Someone tell me the correct way to pronounce hijab, I wanna be respectful if I ever become friends with a Muslim.

@Sh4tt3r3d_Ang31_333 As someone who lives in a Muslim country (and I have lots of Muslim friends, one who is a Hijabi), they all pronounce it as Hee-Jaab. But with Jaab, it’s like, Jah-Ub. So Hee-Jah-Ub. That’s just how my friends and I pronounce it. But I know that there are different prononciations depending on where you live.

@Sh4tt3r3d_Ang31_333 I think it's "hee zharb" but I'm not a reliable source because I'm not Muslim and I have never met one
