I am a new writer and have never done anything like this before. It is based on some truths of my life. I am 44 years old and have two daughters and twin granddaughters that are 6 years old. I work for a non-profit that helps the aged and disabled and I am also a founder of a non-profit called MAD2UNITE INC. This stands for "mental awareness discussions to unite," and the goal is to connect victims of abuse, mental illnesses and other circumstances to survivors. It will be web based.
I am married but have been with my husband for 12 years. His name is really Joey and he is the vocalist for the band "Layne's Calling." He is 10 years younger than me but we just fit. He is the love of my life.
