Steve Rogers is a widower cafe owner in a small town. He's content with life, but when he finds a young, scrawny man in a rag eating out of his garbage, his charitable nature kicks in. He takes this man into his home to help him, but soon finds that he isn't well at all. Ne can barely speak or take care of himself. He fears the world around him and is too scared to do anything. Steve makes it his duty to protect and to nurture this damaged person before he hurts himself, but finds himself beginning to rely on Bucky too.
