I did a stupid... 5 months clean for nothing...

Everything feels like it’s growing immeasurably big, too big to hold, crushing almost then rapidly caving in on itself as it pulls and shrinks in to the tiniest propertions and it’s overwhelming and hard to breathe but I can’t do anything oh god what am I doing
