My name is Candice, I'm 35 years young and a mother of 3 beautiful teens who inspire me. Over 15 years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and anxiety, recently I've been diagnosed with PTSD and agoraphobia. I've spent two times in a mental facility because of these disorders. 
I started writing as a coping mechanism and it has became a passion over the years. My writing's and my mental health is my main focus. 
My goal is to get my poems out, help other's cope with mental illnesses, and start a podcast to further educate the world on these issues by providing a in depth look into my life as someone who battles mental issues.
