Hey lovelies—

I still see the messages. Even after all this time, some of you still check in, still ask, still remember—and that means more than I can explain. I never meant to disappear. Life got dark and loud, and writing—my anchor—got buried for a while. A long, long while.

I’ve been scared to log back in because I know I let you down by not finishing Trisley’s journey. I kept thinking I’d get there—mentally, emotionally. Maybe I still will one day. But for now, I’ve had to move on. I believe their story will return to me when the time is right. It just isn’t now, even though I wish it could be—for your sake, too. I know the pain of an unfinished journey.

I’m going to leave everything up, even as I change my name on here. Think of it as a vault—a space my OG readers can always revisit. If you ever want to know how the story ends, you can message me. I’ll tell you what I can. It may be a long, dark while before anything is finished or posted, but I haven’t forgotten.

The winds have shifted, and I’m chasing something new. Something scary and exciting and full of risk—but maybe that means it matters.

Thank you for being here. For caring. For remembering.
          	Truly—thank you.

@TheDyeVault You have no idea how relieved and happy I am to see your message :3

You're not letting us down nor are you disappointing - you are growing, trying new things, making space for yourself.
I hope you will keep flourishing and nurturing yourself, because you deserve all the best.

Trisley will wait, they have waited for each other for millennia, they'll wait longer. Rushing into things you don't have headspace for is doomed anyway. ;)
And even if they don't come back to you - that's also fine. Mayhap there's a new world waiting for you to breatge live into it.

The stories you've created were something I deeply enjoyed and I'm glad I could read them. They'll stay with me for the rest of my life.

Make bold choices, take risks. Try to be happy and love as hard as Tristan loved Kinley. Be brave, compassionate and dream big.

And never be afraid to reach out if you feel like talking.

As always with lots of love and all the best wishes. ♥️

You’ve let no one down. Life is a strange and often overwhelming place, we’re all doing this for the first time you took the time you needed to feel better and come back stronger, just as we all knew you would, what ever you choose to do next with your writing will be undoubtably worth it and I’m sure Trisley will make themselves known when they’re ready to have their ending told ❤️but for the mean time we will all wait patiently to see what you have in store for us !

Hey Kenzie,
I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to drop by and say that your books were a big part of my life when I was going through a rough patch. They helped me get through it, and I was always excited and looking forward to the next chapter.
I truly hope you find something in your life that brings you the same comfort your stories gave me. And… I hope you remember your reader :3
          Wishing you all the best.
We’ll be here, waiting whenever you’re ready to hit the restart button. <3

@Duhita99 Oh, this truly touched me. Thank you—for still reading, for remembering, and for this beautiful message. I don’t know if you realize how much it means to hear something like this after so long, but I promise I felt it.

Tristan and Kinley… they still live in a quiet part of me. I hope one day they’ll rise up again, ready to finish what we started. But until then, thank you for finding solace in what’s here. It makes all those long, lonely nights spent writing worth it.

With love and more gratitude than I can say,
            —Kenz

@AlexaWills02 Haha sef, I’m here… just crawling out of my writing cave little by little. I know I’ve been quiet (way too long), and I really do feel the love—even the teeth-sucking kind

@jazzabell_xox You have no idea how much I’ve appreciated your kindness over the years. I’ve seen your messages, and they’ve stayed with me—like a thread pulling me back when I thought maybe I’d let it all go.

Thank you for rereading, for waiting, for hoping. I’m still writing—just slowly, quietly, and in new directions I hope will be worth the wait. And knowing you’re still here makes it easier to believe in the stories again.

Truly, thank you. You’ve kept more light alive than you know.

@omorea You’ve always been such a steady supporter—thank you for thinking of me. I’m doing okay. Still writing (in some form or another), and slowly trying to find my way back to my passions.
