He has been commissioned to write over 350 animation (including two animated feature film scripts) and live action scripts (okay, not so many live action ones), and has story edited close to 900 episodes of animation. Thomas has worked on productions in English and French, with clients in Canada, Germany, France, England, Italy, the United States, Colombia, Brazil, Australia, and China. One of Thomas's scripts, and two series he story edited and wrote for, were finalists for a Canadian Prix Gémeaux. Thomas recently pitched two live action series to Netflix (and got a mug, notebook, pen, and reusable shopping bag for his efforts), currently has 3 TV concepts under option, is always developing new TV concepts, and is writing a series of 9 novels titled The Cloud for the young adult market.
Through Telefilm Canada's Early Development Program (Writer Access Point), Thomas received funding to write a first draft, animated feature film script which will be delivered in November 2020.
