Did you know I'm starting my next book of Thranduil?

          I was thinking of you just yesterday when discussing politicians (that's not what reminded me of you), because I was telling my friend about the Owen Meany book and the narrator's opinion of politicians.   That book will stay with me for many, many years, and I have you to thank for such a great literary experience.
          
          But that's beside the point.  The point is, I wanted to thank you for your vote and commentary on Chapter 15 (The Governor) in FINDING MIRANDA.  Posted chapter 16 today - and you can see the evil governor's plans being put into action.  Dump-dump-dummmmm.  :)

Finished A Prayer for Owen Meany.  Wow. Can't stop thinking about it. The ending nearly killed me. What a powerful piece of writing. John Irving is considered one of the greats for a reason!   I never would have experienced this book without your recommendation.  I'll always be grateful for your thoughtfulness.  Thank you very very much.

          Guess what! I'm finally reading Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving, which you recommended.  It's phenomenal, isn't it?           I just came from the public library website, where I have requested the Prayer for Owen Meany novel by John Irving. If you like it, that's good enough for me!  I should receive it in a week or two and will let you know what I think of it.
