-Can turn any liquified element into a different liquid element. Nuclear elements need more concentration than others. Element will not change if her thought process has been broken or if she had been knocked away from the element. If she is knocked away from an element in the process of change the element will revert back into its orgininal form.

Ultimate Move: Nuclear Meltdown

-Takes a water bottle from inside pocket and pours it over her hands in a massive amount. Using her quirk she turns the water into a very powerful radioactive goo, which burns her hands in the process. Since her hands are covered in the goo she proceeds to very quickly go into hand to hand combat with opponent, in which the goo attaches to the opponent and starts to burn through their skin quickly. She can use it for about a minute in a half before she is forced to turn the goo back into water. Shortly afterwards she is often rushed to recovery girl due to the amount of skin burned off her hand in the process. Unfortunately once (Camping Arc) she had gone past her limit and used it for 10 minutes. The muscles in her hands
 had started to deteriorate quickly along with the bones because of it. She has scars from that incident and it is a constant reminder of why she cannot go past her limit.
