I've been forced (not force fed, I just think I would've been shouted at it I didn't) to eat a burger and curly fries, and now I want to be sick, I don't know what's wrong with me, but whenever I go to eat something it feels like my throat closes up, and if I try to swallow, I want to be sick, I can only eat, and drink cold things, I hardly eat anything and I don't know what to do, because I'm afraid of telling my mum, and I don't know why, I just need help, from literally anyone
