Don't you just wish that you could stop all the noise,that you could turn down the volume of the world.Everything is so loud, when I tell ANYONE about it they always say I'm being dramatic or it's kinda cringe that I'm covering my ears but I can't help it,I can't help how loud things are and they don't understand how stressful it is, how stressful noise is.
Sorry abt the vent I just needed to get it out and no one i know in real life cares.Like anyone here will care anyways but yeah.

That happens to me a lot. I don’t know if it’s because I have asd but I do think the world can be so loud. In the worst case I’d put headphones somewhere that noise canceling and try to ignore the people.
