Hey you guys!
I'm sorry I haven't been very active here for a while, but if you're curious to know why, it's because I've been busy binge reading my favourite author's work, 'Skin of the Night' which was published just today i.e. 11th May. I'd like to give her a huge shout out on this occasion and want to recommend her book to everyone because if you enjoy Romance, I think SotN is the one book you should definitely read atleast once in your life.
If you favour authentic characters one has never met before, a plot that makes one doubt if it really is fictional, and marvelous writing that forces one to never stop until one reaches the last word, then this book is
Reading this book has been a rewarding experience for me both in terms of enjoying the sheer quality of literature and the story. It is for this reason that I think Skin of the Night is a very unique and valuable contribution to the Romance/erotica genre, because no other book under this genre enabled me to take so much away.
Since having a strong female lead is a rare occurrence, it was one thing that I appreciated the most in this book. Cara, who doesn't shy away from placing her priorities before anyone, is the character that inspired me the most and I cannot wait for how she maneuvers through her conflicts in the next instalment.
That said, if you do choose to read this book, you should be aware that it will take you on a journey filled with impeccable humour, whirlwind of emotions, and an incredible quality of writing.
