Hey! I'm LilyPad.

That should have been my nickname but all the combinations I tried were taken. How many of us are out there?
Anyway. So I'm WritingLily because all I ever do, besides read, is write. I write contemporary romance with flawed characters (emotionally or physically) who have a sense of humor, even if it's hidden far under their skin and has to be pried out.
I think happiness is everything and it starts with a good laughter. Little snorting chuckles work too.
What you may expect reading my stories is... feeling. All sorts of emotions. I love stories that make me feel so I hope I'm able to write that way. I want to convey everything from heartache, anger, frustration to warmth, longing and happiness, of course.
I'm a sucker for happy ending so all my books have one whenever I can get away with it. I can't always stick a big happy sigh at the end of a story :-(
I will try to post a couple chapters a week. I love handwriting but when it comes to sitting in front of my computer, I just want to curl up under the covers (where I am as I handwrite).
I'm happy to read all comments and critiques, but I'd prefer not to deal with trolls. Unless they have a good sense of humor and their criticism can make me laugh-cry. Or cry-laugh.
Most of all, I hope you will enjoy my stories. I hope they make you feel, make you happy, and that you keep reading.

Thank you for reading this mighty long profile description. Goodness!
