Hey guys!
          	
          	Seeing as the 2024 season is coming up, should I 
          	
          	A) Finish up the 2023 house, and start a 2024 one later
          	
          	Or 
          	
          	B) Ditch the 2023 house, and start a 2024 one after/during testing
