Hhihihihiihihihihhahi, I’ve got my mental health tip for you, and it’s SPORTS. I know it’s probably the most cliche and the worst tip you’ve ever heard, but trust me, sports really help me with stress and all the bad stuff. My sport is volley, but I have a back injury, long story, so I can't play volleyball for a while. That's why they signed me up for swimming. But I also do the gym, workout routines, and yoga (yoga is a lifesaver, it's one of the best things after surfing and volley). Anyway, try out sports you like and see if it helps your mental health.
