I'm sorry but I don't read R-rated books. Although I did take a look at your description and it'll be better to not use so many "..."s because they should be there for effect. I would also say capitalize all the letters that should. Because the first thing that turns readers away are major grammar mistakes and spelling, so if you're unsure I suggest to get yourself and editor.
