my thoughts on the 4B movement may be slightly controversial but hear me out (this is gonna be a while lot of yapping)
          
          I think it's an amazing idea for American women to take a stand against the disgusting laws policing women's rights and bodies in the US. i think that's awesome, and it's long overdue
          
          however, not everyone across the world should be expected to do it. there are women whose biggest dream in life is to get married and start a family, and while I am the biggest feminist in the entire world and I come from a very long history of single mothers and feminists, those women shouldn't feel pressured to give that up, especially if they're outside of the US/living in a place where women are treated well
          
          Innocent women should not be responsible for cleaning up the mess America has made by electing tr*mp
          
          america is a relatively new country, and they're now and currently going through what other countries went through a very very long time ago, so if this is any consolation to americans who I'm moots with, please don't worry. every country goes through an extremely dark period such as this, and it's only natural that it would happen to America sooner or later given their newer status - it may take YEARS for it to end, it's very variable, but it'll happen!
          
          e.g. Britain/British armies went through the period of colonising almost every single living population...a dark period that I, as a British person, am very glad I didn't live through and am also actually very ashamed of. im sure innocent americans also feel ashamed of the state of their country currently. 
          
          if you want to, DO THE 4B MOVEMENT!!! stand up for equality and stand up for women's rights!!! but don't shame the women who don't.

people saying the us election doesn't affect people outside of America is bs. my brother is non binary and considering transgender, and they live in America. they're having to move to a state that would be easy for them to get out of as soon as possible if they needed to
          
          and honestly, anyone who says countries aren't linked is wrong. the size and power of America means they will cause a domino effect no matter what big decisions they make. sure it might not be instant, but in the long run, the entire world will be affected by tr*mp

my online best friend just told me they were lying about their gender this whole time??? They told me they were a boy and I thought I finally had a solid friendship with a male for the first time and I just got told they lied. am I in the wrong for being upset about this???
