I am Amber Walker, a transwoman on the road to her authentic-self. 

Before my M2F, my thoughts echoed, "Be a woman!", "You useless coward!", and "You should kill yourself!" And why not? I knew what I wanted, but fear silenced me. So, I betrayed my genuine-self and lived a half-life. To know me, you need to know that I grew up when an odd boy begged society's harsh and relentless discipline. 

To free myself, I recast my fantasies as fiction. Some speak of how society instilled self-loathing in my every atom. And how I misguidedly chose self-abnegation and pleasing everyone but myself. Others speak about the joy of self discovery,  transition, and fulfillment.
