@Ejohn234 and maybe think about this a cyberpunk and transformers all the Decepticons from games and comics and movies there was a story about this but sadly the story was deleted it still show online but it's not accessible it's title was night city your master has arrived

For your overlord story with the vampire progenitor, I would suggest having a ritual where they used a ton of world level items.
          To completely remove the level cap and make the world 30 times larger than Jupiter.  It is extremely rich in resources and also introduce dungeons. Where they can get a ton of monsters Materials and parts.
