I also had the same problem with Wattpad 
          ..it wasn't working until I found out a comment on YouTube that if you have been connected with Jio sim Card or net then it won't work but if it's Airtel then it will work...I tried it and it worked.
          
          If you don't want to change the sim card then you can just connect your net ,i.e, hotspot with the phone having Airtel sim card....I hope it would work

If you cannot use your Wattpad then you should download VPN app because I am also using VPN app and my wattpad is working perfectly fine

I think u have stopped writing this book then pls I request u to delete it for further clarification as don't mislead the readers about this book continuation so better to confirm it
