Hi everyone, I'm Madam Stormcraft (that's my author name). I've been reading since I was two years old and have always been fascinated with the use of words. Before I thought about being a writer I was reading more and more during my years in elementary school. I read so much my teachers commended me and said I had a reading level of a college grade student. I didn't stop there I When middle school started, I began reading more than just regular literature, I began reading manga, and even watching anime. What I learned from both of the concepts, is that they both use actual subjects that have, could have, or have been written about in mythology. By the time I got into high school, I wanted to start writing. At first it started out as simply creating characters and then joining roleplay websites and acting out as those characters.

Around that same time was when I made this Wattpad account. It's undergone several changes and even WIP books that never got finished because they were all from different genres and I couldn't stick to one thing. Up until now I never really found a genre that stuck. During high school I started to really get into gaming, and discovered my love for fantasy based games. I always liked reading books of the fantasy genre because they create the very essence of diversity in my opinion. So, now I've decided to push on into fantasy genre writing. Shadowlight is the very essence of fantasy in my honest belief. Magick flourishes through technology, living beings, nature and the very gods themselves. There are diverse races of beings from Humans to Faeries. 

As I copy my chapters down into Google Docs, I hope I could turn my book into a novel-esque type book. I'm not shooting for a fan base similar to Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones just yet, but something smaller like The Supernaturalist, by Eoin Colfer, and then expand the Shadowlight universe by writing more after the first book.
