My favorite story on Wattpad is Ten Reasons Not To Die by KeyTree004. You should seriously check it out. It's a short and easy read. I was so moved, and I was literally crying at the end. 

I'm currently reading Elites of Eden by Joey Graceffa 

On Wattpad I'm reading... oh who am I kidding? I don't know. I'm always reading something different. Usually the story changes everyday. I'm done trying to keep track.
