a comment i just got on one of my stories literally has me never wanting to write again. imagine thinking you’re ENTITLED to an update. writers (ESPECIALLY fanfic writers) do not owe you ANYTHING. we do not get paid for this. we have lives. our interests change. in no circumstance is it okay to say you “expect a follow through” to a FANFIC. get tf over yourself

@stilestastic @nocturnalamp i’m not even gonna bother calling them out and going off bc i’m gonna be petty and just unpublish that book LOL. i’ve been debating it anyway cause the actor is problematic and i haven’t been able to find a good replacement faceclaim so oh well now not only will they NOT get an update but now the book is just gonna be gone :)
