          Taken by the LOV at a young age for his quirk . . After years of being missing he was declared a lost case . Unless its big fights of Villains VS the Heroes , he's usually out stealing stuff for the League since they say he could get away with it easier than the rest .
          
          His quirk , Blood Manipulation . . Is basically just Blood-Bending from ATLA . . 
          
          Kirosha stands at around 5'5 ( 165 cm? )  with brunette hair down to his shoulders , though the bottom half has been bleached to dirty blond . He's usually seen slouching with some sort of dirty band tee and baggy cargo pants .
